H1P axial piston pumps
Any H1 pump can be used with any Danfoss hydraulic motor to control and transfer hydraulic power. 15 different displacements from 45 cm3 to 280 cm3 [2.75 in3 to 17.10 in3] are available, and thanks to the H1's cradle swash-plate design, flow direction can be reversed by simply tilting the swash plate to the opposite side of its zero-displacement position.
H1T tandem axial piston pumps
The H1 family of pumps is designed for use with all Danfoss hydraulic motors, and the H1T tandem axial piston pump offers excellent reliability, modularity, and controllability. It is especially well suited for dual-path applications and features a choice of four displacements ranging from 45 cm3 to 68 cm3 [2.75 in3 to 4.15 in3] along with a cradle swash-plate design. Flow direction is reversed by tilting the swash plate to the opposite side of the neutral (zero-displacement) position.
MP1 axial piston pumps
Intended for medium-power closed-circuit applications, our MP1 pumps are available with displacements from 28 cm3 to 45 cm3 [1.71 in3 to 2.75 in3]. They can be used with a variety of controls, including mechanically or electrically actuated feedback controls, electrically or hydraulically actuated non-feedback controls, or three-position electric controls.
Propel controllers and software
All of our propel controllers and software platforms are configurable within the PLUS+1® Service Tool, allowing you to meet your application requirements and maximize efficiency. These products are used in everything from simple medium-power machines to complex speed-shift and two-motor transmission systems.
Series 1 piston pumps
Available with displacements between 64 cm3 and 105 cm3 [3.9 in3 and 6.4 in3] for continuous pressures up to 420 bar [6,000 psi], our Series 1 closed-circuit piston pumps provide price-competitive solutions for your most demanding heavy-duty applications. They deliver consistent results in high-pressure applications such as transit mixers and harvesters.
Series 40 M35 and M44 axial piston pumps
Designed for medium-power applications, our M35 and M44 Series 40 servo-controlled pumps are available with displacements between 35.0 cm3 and 43.5 cm3 [2.14 in3 and 2.65 in3] for maximum loads up to 345 bar [5,000 psi]. They provide continuously variable speed in both forward and reverse.
Series 40 M35 and M44 tandem axial piston pumps
Designed for medium-power applications, our M35 and M44 Series 40 integrated tandem direct displacement pumps are available with displacements between 35.0 cm3 and 43.5 cm3 [2.14 in3 and 2.65 in3] per pump for maximum loads up to 345 bar [5,000 psi]. They provide continuously variable speed in both forward and reverse.
Series 42 axial piston pumps
Our Series 42 pumps are advanced hydrostatic units made primarily for medium-power applications. Available with displacements from 28 cm3 to 51 cm3 [1.71 in3 to 3.11 in3] for maximal loads up to 415 bar [6,017 psi], they feature a parallel axial piston/slipper design, a tiltable swashplate to vary displacement, and continuously variable speed in both forward and reverse.
Series 72400 axial piston pumps
Intended for medium-power closed-circuit applications, our 72400 servo-controlled pumps are available with displacements between 40 cm3 and 49 cm3 [2.48 in3 and 3.0 in3] for continuous pressures up to 350 bar [5,075 psi]. They can be used with a variety of controls, including mechanically or electrically actuated feedback controls and electrically or hydraulically actuated non-feedback controls.
DDC 20/24
Our power-dense DDC variable-displacement pumps are intended for use in low- to medium-power closed-circuit applications. Available with 20 cm3 or 24 cm3 [1.22 in3 or 1.46 in3] displacements, these lightweight pumps are well suited for compact machinery, such as loaders and utility vehicles.
