Multipurpose machines

Our compact, lightweight electric SRPM motors offer high torque and efficiency at low speeds and are available with various speed and torque ratings. The EM-PMI with power up to 1,000 kW and the EM-PME outer-rotor machines with power up to 50 kW can function as traction motors in heavy machinery, propulsion motors in marine applications, or variable-speed generators for hybrid vehicles or marine vessels.

    The external permanent magnet machine is shorter than normal motors, making it ideal when axial length is a crucial application parameter. It is designed to be connected directly to the ICE flywheel housing with part of the motor incorporated within it, further shortening the length of the motor.
