Standard motor pumps
Standard Vickers by DanfossTM motor-pumps are available with a wide range of motor options, pump options, integration levels, and mounting styles to fit the needs of most OEMs and system integrators across the industry. Having a pre-assembled plug-and-play unit from a single vendor also helps save supply chain, engineering, and installation costs.
Low-noise integrated motor pumps
These motor pumps combine an oil-cooled asynchronous induction motor with power up to 92 kW [125 hp] with a vane pump or variable-displacement piston-type pump in the sound enclosure. The lack of dynamic seals eliminates the possibility of leaks while the motor and enclosure designs minimize noise by an average of 10 dBA.
Variable-speed drives
Vickers by Danfoss variable speed drives (VSDs) optimize energy use by adjusting motor and pump speed to match load demands, cutting energy consumption by up to 70%. This reduces noise, heat, and component wear, enabling smaller systems, lower operating costs, and longer equipment life for improved total cost of ownership.
