Mobile motors
Danfoss mobile motors are available in a variety of styles with options for every mobile application. Products include piston, vane, gear, electric, and low-speed high-torque motors.
Mobile piston motors
Designed for intelligent vehicle-management systems, our mobile piston motors help reduce fuel consumption while increasing operator comfort. These products are suitable for low-, medium-, and high-power applications including single- and dual-path propulsion drives and closed-loop auxiliary transmissions.
Low-speed high-torque motors
Our low-speed high-torque motors are part of the broadest portfolio of its kind. They are found in everything from sweepers and combine harvesters to heavy duty applications such as forestry machines and road-building equipment.
Gear motors
Our gear motors deliver maximal power from small packages made from lightweight aluminum or durable cast iron. Using advanced technology, they provide high efficiency and reliability for small machines and complex systems alike.
Electric motors
Our compact, lightweight electric SRPM motors offer high torque and efficiency at low speeds. Available with various speed and torque ratings, the EM-PMIs provide power up to 1,000 kW, and our EM-PME outer-rotor models provide up to 50 kW. These machines can function as traction motors in heavy machinery, propulsion motors in marine applications, or variable-speed generators in hybrid vehicles or marine vessels.
Vane motors
With displacements ranging from 44 cm3 to 317 cm3 [2.7 in3 to 19.3 in3], our vane motors provide an efficient and economical means of applying rotary hydraulic power with variable speed. They can operate on a wide range of fluids, including water-glycol, and they are hydraulically balanced to ensure efficiency and low vibration throughout their service lives.
