Low noise single stage
The low noise single-stage pump is pressure balanced for exceptional efficiency, and since it typically emits 10 dB(A) less noise than the alternatives, its use relieves you of the need for secondary noise-reduction measures.
Features and benefits
- Easy installation and machine design flexibility due to compact dimensions
- High torque transmission and working performance
- No need for secondary noise reduction measures
- Almost twice the number of teeth of a standard gear pump of the same frame size
- Reduced flow pulsation and vibration, which improves operator comfort
- Reduced noise emissions by up to 10 dB(A) on average compared with standard gear pumps
- Helps meet legal NVH (noise, vibration, harshness) requirements
Applications
- Tractors and wheel loaders
- Telehandlers
- Sweepers and rollers
- Combines and harvesters
- Excavators
- Cab-equipped mobile machines
- Forklifts and lift trucks
- Aerial work platforms

Notes:
- The rated and peak pressure mentioned in the table are only for pumps with flanged ports. When
threaded ports are required, a de-rated performance has to be considered. To verify the compliance of a high pressure application with a threaded ports pump, contact a Danfoss representative. - Also available with displacement 40 cm3 [2.44 in3] for lubrication.
