Rugid cast iron gear pumps
Our long-lasting Rugid cast-iron gear pumps are made for high-flow applications that demand peak performance under extreme conditions including pressures up to 276 bar [4,000 psi] and intermittent temperatures up to 115°C [239°F]. They feature displacements up to 90 cm3 [5.40 in3], durable cast-iron construction, and an advanced pressure plate design.

- Pressure-balanced thrust plates provide improved efficiency at extreme pressures and temperatures
- High-temperature Viton® seals are well suited for today’s hotter-running machines
- Located in the front flange, high-quality steel-backed bronze bearings provide maximum pressure handling capacity, allowing extended radial loading without an external roller bearing
- Available with side or rear ports, SAE A or B flange, an a variety of shaft options

Our two-stage pumps have internal splined drive shafts connected through a coupling and an intermediate steel plate. The two pumps are hydraulically independent, which allows them to efficiently address different machine functions while saving space. Inlet ports can be shared or separate, and relief valves and optional process flow diagrams (PFDs) on the pump covers are available.
