X20 series piston pumps
The X20 family of variable-displacement open-circuit pumps provides state-of-the-art technology for advanced mobile applications. With displacements from 18 cm3 to 98 cm3 [1.09 in3 to 5.98 in3] and continuous pressure ratings up to 280 bar [4,495 psi], these small, lightweight pumps include power and displacement control options to maximize productivity. X20 series 220 piston pumps
Currently available in 18 cm3 [1.09 in3] and 28 cm3 [1.71 in3] displacements, 220 series pumps are rated for 280 bar [4,061 psi] and 3,600 rpm. Capable of generating up to 39.2 kW [52.6 hp], they are ideal for a variety of mobile and stationary applications . The combination of high-load-capacity bearings and a stiff drive shaft helps provide a pump B10 bearing life of up to 5,850 hours at rated mobile conditions, reducing operating costs and extending operating life .
X20 series 420 piston pumps
Danfoss' 420 series pumps are available with displacements of 41 cm3, 49 cm3, 62 cm3, and 80 cm3 [2.5 in3, 3 in3, 3.78 in3, and 4.88 in3] for operating speeds of 2,650 rpm. A strong, field-proven rotating group allows the pumps to handle pressures up to 280 bar [4,060 psi] continuous and 320 bar [4,600 psi] intermittent. The combination of high-load-capacity bearings and a stiff drive shaft helps provide a pump B10 bearing life of up to 10,280 hours at rated mobile conditions, reducing operating costs and extending operating life.
X20 series 620 piston pumps
Danfoss’ 620 series pumps are currently available in 74 cm3 [4.54 in3] and 98 cm3 [5.98 in3] displacements. Rated at 310 bar [4,496 psi] and capable of generating over 100 kW [134 hp], they are ideal for a variety of mobile and stationary applications. The simple 620 design preserves Danfoss' long tradition of quality while incorporating many advances in product reliability to prevent failures in the field and costly downtime. With 25% fewer parts and a B10 bearing life rated to over 80,000 hours at 2,000 psi, these pumps far exceed the requirements of most applications.
