OSPF hydraulic steering units
Our OSPF steering unit is well suited for small and medium fork lifts and compact wheel loaders. It features a low steering torque of 0.8 Nm to 3.0 Nm [7.08 lb-in to 26.6 lb-in] and a high back-pressure capability of 40 bar [580 psi]. It's extremely effective for controlling negative steering forces and eliminating the risk of runaway, even with articulated vehicles that use only one differential cylinder.
Features and benefits
- Excellent in controlling negative steering forces, reducing risk of runaway even when only using one differential cylinder on articulated vehicles
- Higher maximum steering speed, limited only by capacity of pump and pressure setting
- Low noise
- Good steering controllability
- One or several built-in valve functions possible: pressure relief, shock, and suction in L + R; check valve in P and LS
Applications
- Small tractors
- Backhoe loaders
- Road building machinery
- Combines and harvesters
