Steering valve blocks
Steering valve blocks contain valves that are not integrated directly into the steering unit, such as shock valves, suction valves, check valves, relief valves, and back-pressure valves. Our valve blocks can be flanged onto steering units and are available with a variable number of connections.
Type OVR blocks are assembled onto the port face of steering unit types OSPB, OSPC, OSPD, OSPF, OSPU and OSPL.
OVR angle blocks are specially designed for space-limited applications in which pipes and hoses must run parallel to the steering column axis.
Features and benefits
- Low noise level
- Low pressure drop
- Maximum pressure on L and R ports up to 280 bar [4,061 psi] for OVPL and 240 bar [3,480 psi] for OVR
- Optional port connections according to ISO, SAE, or DIN standards
- Type OVPL available with up to seven connections
- Built in valve functions: check valve, shock and suction valves and optional back-pressure valve
- Use of OVR angle block makes angle and swivel connections and pipe bends unnecessary
Applications
- Tractors
- Combine harvesters
- Wheel loaders
- Excavators
