Priority valves
A Danfoss priority valve will always give your steering system precedence, providing an important safety feature for load-sensing hydraulic systems. Our portfolio includes OLS and VL high-flow inline priority valves, OLSP 80 pump-mounted priority valves, and OVP/L/R steering valve blocks.

OLS high-flow priority valves
Our OLS high-flow priority valves are used to give a steering system the highest priority when both it and the working hydraulics are supplied with oil from a single pump. These valves are used in conjunction with Danfoss steering units in load-sensing steering systems with pump flows between 40 l/min and 320 l/min [10.6 US gal/min and 84.5 US gal/min] and pressures up to 350 bar [5,076 psi].
OLSP 80 priority valves
OLSP 80 priority valves are used in load-sensing steering systems with Danfoss SNP gear pumps and OSPC LS, OSPF LS, OSPD LS, and OSPQ LS steering units. They are flanged directly to gear pumps and are available for both static and dynamic systems with maximum oil flows up to 80 l/min [21.1 gal/min].
Steering valve blocks
Steering valve blocks contain valves that are not integrated directly into the steering unit, such as shock valves, suction valves, check valves, relief valves, and back-pressure valves. Our valve blocks can be flanged onto steering units and are available with a variable number of connections.
