Danfoss offers both standard and robust coils in a variety of sizes, DC and AC voltages, environmental protection levels, and connections to meet any application need. Our robust coils and Tough Coils are specifically designed for harsh operating environments and have high tolerance for temperature extremes, voltage spikes, and water exposure.

- Four robust frame sizes are available – R13, R16, M19P, and D14E – providing a robust coil option for over 75 percent of our solenoid and proportional cartridge valves.
- Robust coils meet major OEMs’ most stringent requirements for off-highway vehicles.
- No O-ring seals are required on robust coils.
- IP69K environmental rating is available for most connector options ‒ DEUTSCH, Amp SuperSeal, MetriPack 150 Type 2 and Lead Wires.
- PLUS+1® Compliant ‒ All coils are designed for installation on machines that use Danfoss Power Solutions PLUS+1® hardware, making them compliant out of the box.
- Additional options are available for different frame sizes.
