OLS high-flow priority valves
Our OLS high-flow priority valves are used to give a steering system the highest priority when both it and the working hydraulics are supplied with oil from a single pump. These valves are used in conjunction with Danfoss steering units in load-sensing steering systems with pump flows between 40 l/min and 320 l/min [10.6 US gal/min and 84.5 US gal/min] and pressures up to 350 bar [5,076 psi].
Features and benefits
- High performance and wide flow range
- Low pressure drop and a low noise level
- Available in an OLSA version for flange mounting on the steering unit and an OLS version for in-line installation between pump and steering unit
- Common supplier for steering units and priority valves brings best performance; OSP and OLS are designed to match
- Best-in-class integration even in tight areas due to compact design and easy connectivity
Applications
- Forklifts
- Mowers and sweepers
- Tractors and combine harvesters
- Wheel loaders
- Excavators and graders
- Sprayers
- Container trucks
