EHPS steering valves
The EHPS electrohydraulic steering valve provides maximal integration for steer-by-wire applications with high flow rates, and it offers design flexibility for large machines like articulated steering tractors, dumpers, and loaders that have steering pressures up to 250 bar [3,625 psi] and flow capacities up to 96 l/min [25 US gal/min].
Features and benefits
- Steer-by-wire technology
- Integrated safety and steering controller with interface to auto guidance (GPS), joystick,
and electric steering wheel - Compliant with all current legislations and safety standards – SIL 2, AgPLd, Cat 3
- Integrated priority valve, or flanged using OLS320 or PVG proportional valves
- Electric disengage of electrohydraulic steering (e.g., auto guidance)
- Superior steering performance and safety with precise handling and control under all conditions
- Increased productivity with auto-guidance (GPS) steering and variable steering ratio (quick steering)
Applications
- Agriculture
- Construction
- Road building
- Material handling applications
