Optimized for both mobile and industrial markets, our wide range of Vickers® pumps are known for high efficiency and low noise. Their modularity provides flexibility in displacement, mounting, and ports, and a cartridge-kit design enables interchangeability and easy repair.
Square vane pumps
Used in small industrial or mobile machines as primary pumps or in complex systems as pilot or auxiliary pumps, balanced vane pumps, like our V10 and V20 square vane pumps, are fixed-displacement pumps with hydraulically balanced rotors. V10 and V20 single pumps have displacements up to 42.5 cm3 [2.59 in3], while V2010 double pumps have capacities up to 49 l/min [13 US gal/min] and 26 l/min [7 US gal/min] for their shaft-end and cover-end pumps, respectively. V2020 double pumps have capacities up to 49 l/min [13 US gal/min] and 42 l/min [11 US gal/min] for their shaft-end and cover-end pumps, respectively.
V series vane pumps
Available in single, double, and through-drive configurations with displacements from 7 cm3 to 193 cm3 [0.4 in3 to 12 in3] and operating pressures up to 207 bar [3,000 psi], our compact V series pumps are designed for medium-pressure industrial applications. They meet or exceed critical noise standards and offer long operating life, outstanding volumetric efficiency, and excellent serviceability thanks to our industry-first intra-vane cartridge design.
VMQ series vane pumps
Vickers® VMQ pumps are available in three single-pump and three through-drive frame sizes and 20 displacements ranging from 10 cm3 to 240 cm3 [0.62 in3 to 14.65 in3]. Four double-pump configurations offer combined displacements from 20 cm3 to 398 cm3 [1.23 in3 to 24.29 in3], and two triple-pump configurations offer combined displacements from 110 cm3 to 488 cm3 [6.71 in3 to 29.78 in3]. Continuous outlet pressures up to 293 bar [4,250 psi] and peak pressuress up to 310 bar [4,500 psi] are accommodated, and the seizure-resistant surface of the bronze wafer plate is particularly useful in applications requiring cold start-ups.
VQ series vane pumps
Economical VQ series pumps offer high power density for medium-pressure mobile applications, and their excellent cold-start capability and resistance to seizure make them very reliable. With displacements up to 193 cm3 [11.80 in3] and pressure ratings up to 210 bar [3,000 psi], they feature an industry-first intra-vane cartridge design that provides outstanding operating life, volumetric efficiency, and serviceability.
VQH series vane pumps
Economical VQH series pumps are higher-pressure, higher-performance versions of VQ series pumps. They have the same envelope sizes as VQ pumps but feature strong ductile-iron housings. Available with displacements up to 193 cm3 [11.80 in3] and pressure ratings up to 241 bar [3,500 psi], these fixed-displacement single- and double-vane pumps provide high power density, efficiency, and serviceability.
