AxisPro proportional valves
AxisPro proportional valve’s innovative design offers intelligent, precision controls and onboard diagnostics. With support for popular communication protocols built in, AxisPro valves are easy to configure and maintain, giving you the flexibility to make changes in real time and create custom solutions for the most sophisticated, demanding applications. Able to handle pressures up to 350 bar [5,000 psi] and flows up to 375 l/min [99 US gal/min], these valves are built for long-lasting performance.
Check valves
Vickers by Danfoss check valves are built with rugged reliability and are available in a wide variety of styles, so you can find the perfect fit for your application. You can choose from inline, right-angle, manifold-mounted and pilot-operated designs. Designed for high pressure applications, these valves can handle up to 350 bar [5,000 psi] and flows up to 400 l/min [100 US gal/min].
Directional control on/off valves
Vickers by Danfoss directional control (DG) valves can be actuated by solenoid, hydraulic, or pneumatic pilot; by lever; or mechanically. DG valves feature three- or four-way directional control and are easily mountable on industry-standard surfaces. Delivering proven reliability, these valves can handle pressures up to 350 bar [5,000 psi] and flows up to 1,100 l/min [290 US gal/min].
Flange valves
Vickers by Danfoss flange valves are directly mounted to pump flanges, reducing potential leakage points. We offer unloading, check, and relief valves with pressures up to 350 bar [5,000 psi] and flows up to 750 l/min. Delivering reduced installation costs and space requirements, these valves offer fast opening and closing action combined with stable performance from the cartridge design.
Pressure control valves
Vickers by Danfoss pressure control valves offer hydraulic system solutions for a variety of applications. With pressures up to 350 bar [5,000 psi] and flows up to 400 l/min [106 US gal/min], these valves include onboard ramp adjustment, superior moisture resistance and valve enable for easier interlock control.
Proportional directional valves
Vickers by Danfoss proportional directional valves offer a wide variety of features, flow rates, and performance levels for industrial applications. With pressures up to 350 bar [5,000 psi] and flows up to 700 l/min [185 US gal/min], the valves are available at three performance levels and with or without onboard electronics (OBE/non-OBE).
Proportional pressure valves
Vickers by Danfoss pressure reducing/relieving valves are three-way valves that provide a controlled output pressure as a function of electric current, regardless of system pressure or flow (within the valve’s limits). With pressures up to 350 bar [5,000 psi] and flows up to 400 l/min [106 US gal/min], these valves have a variety of applications, including: single-acting cylinder position control (e.g., combine header height control; clutch or brake pressure control; and pilot signal to a directional control valve.
Proportional valve electronics
Danfoss offers a wide range of proportional valve electronics, including amplifier cards, power plugs, DIN rail cards, test boxes, and other devices. These products enable you to build reliable solutions for pressure control, directional control, and other valve functions.
Servo valves
Vickers by Danfoss servo valves provide closed-loop control with exact positional accuracy, repeatable velocity profiles, and predictable force or torque regulation. The symmetrical design provides inherently dependable metering of control flow with minimum null shifts for more consistent machine operation. These valves offer pressures up to 350 bar [5,000 psi], flows up to 151 l/min [40 US gal/min], and frequency response over 100 Hz at the 90-degree phase lag.
Slip-in cartridge valves
Vickers by Danfoss slip-in cartridge valves excel in high-flow systems. The valves are designed to reduce internal leakage and prevent external leaks entirely, providing improved load-holding control, reduced pressure drop, faster response time, and greater machine efficiency. These valves offer pressures up to 420 bar [5,000 psi] and flows up to 5,000 l/min [1,320 US gal/min].
SystemStak modular valves
SystemStak is an innovative, compact system for sandwich-mounting modular valves between a directional control valve and a standard mounting surface. With pressures up to 315 bar [4,500 psi] and flows up to 340 l/min [90 US gal/min], SystemStak gives you a full range of operating conditions, while saving space, reducing installation costs and increasing efficiency in hydraulic systems.
